With the approval and assistance of management, I organized a series of team visits to the Bata Shoe Museum for the Copy and Site Merchandising teams. Each visit consisted of a guided tour of the museum, including the Manolo Blahnik: Art of Shoes exhibition. The primary goal of this project was to help copywriters gain a deeper understanding of luxury footwear, craftsmanship and artistic vision.
This project aimed to help Copywriters and Item Set-Up Associates learn more about the in-store shopping experience at Hudson’s Bay and enhance their knowledge of store operations as they relate to e-commerce. This project also doubled as a team building exercise.

On a monthly basis, I designed and circulated a list of upcoming fashion and culture events that may be of interest to the Copy and Item Set-Up teams. These e-Newsletters were meant to encourage a more well-rounded knowledge of fashion in the GTA.
